I don't know the answers yet, we will have to see what comes out and what is sent in.
Was this the first time the teen had sexually assaulted a child?
Did the father molest anyone in that home?
Was CPS ever called to that home?
Were the parents drinking that Saturday night?
What day did Jenise really die?
Was she really in bed at 10pm on Saturday?
Is it legal to plea bargain a molestation to an assault charge, when statistics show that molesters are always repeat offenders?
Did James Wright molest others?
Did James Wright spend a lot of time with the teen? Did he ever molest the teen or involve the teen in any kind of situation where he abused children? As molesters do groom others, even their own male children and involving close friends and family.
How do we really prevent things like this from happening as a community?
