YES Compassion for the Grieving but NOT at the Expense of Future Victims or other Children in and out of the Home.

I SAY CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THE PARENTS AND GET CUSTODY HEARINGS AND OPTIONS OFF THE TABLE PERMANENTLY.

I Also Believe that the 2000 molestation charges should be opened
back up and the 8 year old that was SILENCED and told she would be spanked if she spoke of the sexual attack on her, she should be an adult now, and it's time to STOP this MAN. He is a Molester that looks to be a FACT.

I Say Criminal Negligence charges are in order for the Parents of Jenise Wright.

This is simply my opinion.

CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE IS "WILLING TO TAKE THE RISK" AND THEY WERE

"Washington State Criminal Negligence Statutes ~ It is my Opinion that Jenise Wright's parents should be charged with Criminal Negligence and should not have custody of ANY children."

General requirements of culpability.

(1) Kinds of Culpability Defined.

"(d) CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE.   A person is criminally negligent or acts with criminal negligence when he or she fails to be aware of a substantial risk that a wrongful act may occur and his or her failure to be aware of such substantial risk constitutes a gross deviation from the standard of care that a reasonable person would exercise in the same situation."

"    (c) RECKLESSNESS.   A person is reckless or acts recklessly when he or she knows of and disregards a substantial risk that a wrongful act may occur and his or her disregard of such substantial risk is a gross deviation from conduct that a reasonable person would exercise in the same situation."

YES Let the Family Mourn in Peace.

However, instead of talking custody hearing and James Wright vowing to FIGHT FOR HIS KIDS, I personally feel that Criminal Neglect Charges should be on the table and the ISSUE of his past molestation charges should be THOROUGHLY Addressed.

I SAY CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THE PARENTS AND GET CUSTODY HEARINGS AND OPTIONS OFF THE TABLE PERMANENTLY. (In my Opinion)

Criminal Negligence Defined

"In criminal law, criminal negligence is one of the three general classes ofmens rea (Latin for "guilty mind") element required to constitute a conventionalas opposed to strict liability offense. It is defined as an act that is:
careless, inattentive, neglectful, willfully blind, or in the case of gross negligence what would have been reckless in any otherdefendant."

"Negligence shows the least level of culpability, intention being the most serious and recklessness of intermediate seriousness, overlapping with gross negligence.

The distinction between recklessness and criminal negligence lies in the presence or absence of foresight as to the prohibited consequences. Recklessness is usually described as a 'malfeasance' where the defendant knowingly exposes another to the risk of injury. The fault lies in being willing to run the risk."
