Why did Whatcom County CHANGE the Charge of Molestation in the James Wright Case?

James A. Wright SHOULD not NOW nor SHOULD have
EVER been in a home with CHILDREN, PERIOD.

If a local community, local CPS, and local law enforcement do not know of a child molester then how can they protect the community, the children and do the right thing?

Why is James Wright not a registered Sex Offender? Is this because Whatcom County changed the charge in a plea agreement? Was the plea agreement legal? Was it Ethical or Moral?

Was the Whatcom County victims interviewed by a Child Advocacy Center, a Forensic Interviewer, as this is key to the current molestation cases I am aware of in Snohomish County, Clallam County, and Jefferson County Washington.

What is a Child Advocacy Center? Click Here.
Lots more on the massive importance of Child Advocacy Centers, coming soon.

Who was the detective involved in the James Wright Investigation in Whatcom County?

Why was James Wright not charged? Was the victims not believed?

Has James Wright had any other victims? Odds are he has as far as statistics go, so why is he allowed to have children in his home? Probably because Kitsap County was not aware of Whatcom Counties FAILURE.

Contact Whatcom County and ask for all information on the James Wright case. Ask why he was not properly investigated, was there a forensics interview, did they take it serious?
